About Our Team

Our team of IT support specialists can serve as an outsourced technology “department” for small business and nonprofits, or can add capacity to your current IT department by providing day-to-day support for your employees and infrastructure.

Sinu's all-inclusive business IT services begin with CTO-level consultation. Each customer has a senior account manager that can provide CTO-level consulting to help your company navigate through the vast ­– and ever-changing – array of technology options and maximize the Sinu platform to best meet your organizational goals. Our IT support team specializes in the technologies offered as part of the Sinu platform, providing superior customer service by quickly addressing any issues and supporting employees as they become familiar with the platform. We also provide day-to-day managed IT services for your infrastructure by monitoring your network and protecting data with regular backups.

While our goal is to prevent problems before they occur, we understand that you may need IT support from time to time, so Sinu provides user-initiated remote technical support for each of your employee's desktops. When we can't resolve an issue remotely, we send an engineer to your office as part of our managed IT services.

And if someone in your organization just needs a bit more IT support from our team – maybe synching a mobile device or setting up a remote office – we can do that too. We believe that when you and your employees can spend less time managing IT, more time is devoted to fulfilling your mission.
